About the company
EKO STAR d.o.o. is an energy company for selling and maintaining CHP (combined heat and power generation) installations, energy services and electrical cabinet production. With our sister company STAReco GmbH we are active in Slovenian, German, Austrian and Croatian markets.
We provide professional and quality sales, maintenance and operation of CHP plants that are powered by natural- and biogas. As the authorized partner of 2G Energy AG with a licence for selling and maintaining their CHP plants for our customers, we perform periodic preventive maintenance interventions and repair faults in emergency cases.
In reference to energy solutions, we help companies to determine the potential energy savings they may achieve, to boost energy efficiency and reduce specific energy consumption in their processes. Our in-depth understanding of companies’ needs and production processes makes us a professional and effective partner in finding the right energy solutions.
We manufacture electrical cabinets for varied applications and customers in various industries. Our production programme includes manufacturing both individual and serial products. Our foundation is good knowledge of process engineering, management and control, as proven with a series of successfully implemented reference projects.
EKO STAR d.o.o. has been present on the Slovenian market since 2006, by servicing CHP plants, and in Germany since 2018 through our sister company STAReco GmbH. EKO STAR d.o.o. is the leading supplier of CHP plants running on natural gas and biogas in Slovenia. The ownership link facilitates the transfer of competences, knowledge and experience between both companies.
EKO STAR d.o.o. and STAReco GmbH are both holders of the Service & Sales Partner licences given by the German producer 2G Energy AG.
