Energy performance certificate
An Energy performance certificate is a document detailing the energy efficiency of a building, with recommendations for improving its energy efficiency.
Pursuant to the Energy Act, all new constructions and existing building must acquire an Energy performance certificate in the event of sale or lease of the real estate.
While producing your Energy performance certificate, Eko Star experts will also examine your building and recommend the most effective measure for improving your building’s energy efficiency.

The procedure for drafting an Energy performance certificate, as well as its form and price, depends on the type of building (residential, commercial, public) and the circumstances (new structure or existing building).
Prices range from EUR 330 onwards (residential building up to 200 m2).
